Waking up around 11:30 a.m.


Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.


At Music Makers kick starting our Broadway summer session. We pile all the kids into the 104 space – working on singing parts first – I spend a lot of time printing lyrics and sheets.


Then, I have to dip early to get to Galilee Church for our recital. Setting up things around the sanctuary and outside. Students start to trickle in – tinkering on the piano and warming up. This is Heathyr’s last time with us so she’s got a lot of her students here performing. Watching all of them including Addy’s and mine I always feel so proud of every one. There’s a few moments of amazement throughout the time.


Packing up and bringing everything back to Music Makers. Rebecca is here too – I help print more papers for Broadway.


Back home. Making a quick dinner: Tuna with Vegan Chili, Kale, Quinoa, and Garlic Bread.
