Waking up around 11:20 a.m.


Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.


At the Rec center exercising.



Eggs. Spinach. Bagel. Salt n Vinegar Chips. Coffee.

Watching Outer Range.


Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

Protein Shake.


Doing stuff at the studio – packing up the Christmas decorations.


Back home. Cod Filet with Sweet Potato and Green Beans.


Not feeling 100% - headache and feeling achy. I’m sure by morning I’ll be rested up.
