Waking up around noon.
Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Flax Seed, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.
Addy and I meet up at Galilee Church at the beach to check out their sanctuary and talk to Henry, the coordinator there. It’s a beautiful place with great acoustics.

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.
After work I catch up with Rebecca on things in the 104 space. Somehow we get into a deep dive discussion about some misunderstandings and miscommunications over the past few months. Main topics include my tendency to act dismissive towards people’s ideas up front and in general how the both of us can be more patient/gentle with each other on tour and at work. It’s a good productive conversation that we haven’t had time the past few months to have.
Back home. I catch up on everything – chores – dishes – writing – emails.
