Waking up at 10:45 a.m.

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Maple Syrup, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.

Teaching afternoon lessons at Music Makers. I’m holding it down on my own.

Jimmy, my mom’s ex-husband and my former stepdad (but he’s always part of the family), is here helping bring mom out of the hospital – picking up meds from the pharmacy and such. She’s finally out and back home!

Leftover Pasta with Broccoli and Parm Bread.

Running some errands – picking up ingredients for dinner and other things.

I stay holed up in the kitchen for a while prepping dinner and fixing up a concoction I found online that involved fresh turmeric, ginger, pepper, and manuka honey. This is mainly for mom to ingest with tea and juice for extra cancer fighting power.

Tuna Steaks with Brussel Sprouts, Onions, and Rice. Mom and I enjoy our meals together. She can only eat a little bit but the flavors are strong enough for her.

At the new rehearsal spot with Anne (Drew) organizing the big room. We figure out how to arrange the equipment and get a nice sound system in place.

Sleep 3 a.m.
