Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Chia Seeds, Nectarines, and Almond Milk. Iced Coffee.

Adult basketball at the Rec – getting some good game play on.

Learning some American Chinese food history: The General Tso's Chicken dish was invented by a Hunanese Chinese man living in Taiwan in 1955. It was first served in New York City in 1972.
Ana arrives home from work late tonight (11 p.m.). We chitchat while doing house chores: laundry, brewing green tea, doing dishes, etc.
"I don't know why you love me," she tends to ask on a regular basis realizing how mean and difficult she can be.
"Because I choose to love you," I answer this time. "Love is a choice. After a while you have to just make that choice."
