Waking up at 11 a.m.
While sharing the kitchen space downstairs Ana notices how grumpy and I am in the morning but she says it's okay cause she's grumpy to me late at night after work.
Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maca Powder, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Yerba Mate Tea.
Even as resistant as Ana is about leaving the house (something she hates to do on her days off), I manage to get her to tag along with me to the grocery store.
Grilled PB&J. Fuji Apple. Honey Green Tea.
Teaching lessons at Music Makers.
At the Rec for adult basketball. Wearing out my legs and ankles – getting my cardio in.
Back home. Ana and I make dinner. Brown Rice Quinoa Spaghetti Noodles with Zucchini and Squash Noodles; Tomato Basil Sauce with Onions and Mushrooms; French Baguette; and a Salad.
Practicing The Wall songs on piano.
Catching up with Ana in her bedroom as she rubs my aching feet.
Watching Self/Less (2015).
